Reduce Time and Cost
Our advanced tube laser can cut down on process time and reduce production costs. The 6,000 watt 3D tilt head laser enables one-step processing of round, square, rectangular, or irregular shaped tubes. We’re equipped to handle angle iron, channel, and flat bar up to 19′ 6″ feet in length.
Using the latest software, AWI in-house engineers bring complex frameworks and structures to life using precision laser cut slots and tabs. Our tube laser ensures a perfect fit and finish, even for appearance critical components.
Tube Laser Cutting Capabilities
- Circular tubes from 0.5” to 10” in diameter
- Rectangular tubes from 0.5” to 8” X 6″
- Square tubes from .05” to 7” x 7″ wide
- Channel from 1.5″ – 6.5″
- Angle from 1″ to 6″
- Clean Tube Spoon to reduce laser splatter on inside of the tube. 1.6″ ID minimum – part length 4′ 8″ max
- 3D Tilt head for cutting complex parts and beveling/angle cuts right on the machine
- Max part unload is 19′ 6″
- Weld Seam Detection
