AWI invests in cutting-edge technology to ensure our customers are getting the best quality. As an ISO Certified metal fabricator with over 110,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing floor space, we can accommodate any size project. We offer complete metal fabrication facilities under one roof.
We can work with designs created in a variety of software applications, including SolidWorks®, Autodesk® Inventor®, and AutoCAD®.
Contact us directly by phone or email with the prints or files of the parts required or a description of what you need, or fill out our contact form, and we’ll be in touch. If necessary, we’ll contact you with questions to ensure we understand your vision before formulating your quote. We’ll check with our material vendors and estimate the labor needed to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate.
After you receive and sign your personalized quote, you’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will work closely with you to ensure that our fabrication meets your specifications. The Project Manager involves you every step of the way, and our Quality Assurance Manager oversees the entire process to deliver a superior final product when promised.
We have three laser-cutting machines driven by sophisticated nesting software. Each cutter can handle materials up to 84 by 162 inches. We can cut 1¼-inch mild steel, 1½-inch stainless steel, 1½-inch aluminum, and ⅜” titanium and brass.
