We have the industry’s best tolerances for cutting and customizing any form of tube using our 6,000 watt 3D tilt head tube laser. Any length of angle iron, channel, or flat bar up to 19 feet, 6 inches can be accommodated by our machinery.

Welding Benson

Welding Capabilities

Seam & Spot Welding – Spot Welders, a 12-foot Seam Welder, and expert seam welders are all part of AWI’s seam welding capabilities. Seam welding services from AWI provide superior penetration and finish for goods ranging from prototypes to large-scale production runs.

MIG Welding – Among AWI’s offerings are MIG welding machines and the expertise of MIG welders. When speed and/or flexibility are paramount, metal inert gas (MIG) welding is the way to go. It’s also compatible with a wide range of metals.

TIG Welding – At AWI, only the most skilled TIG welders use the machines. In many cases, projects that call for a lighter, slower, and more precise weld can be met with TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding. Thanks to its clean and accurate welding process, TIG welding allows for a highly regulated weld area and can weld materials of varying thicknesses.

Metal Forming Benson

The use of a mechanical press brake to bend or shape steel is known as metal forming. To create precisely formed components, dies are used to shape the steel.
