Adjustable Cleanout Benefits
Often times during concrete pours, a floor will accidentally get sloped towards a cleanout. Floors are supposed to be sloped away from cleanouts because they are not meant to drain water. If a floor is sloped towards a cleanout, water will pool up over it. If this happens and the concrete has not set yet, an adjustable cleanout will allow you to elevate it by rotating the fixture to the desired height.
A non-adjustable cleanout is more expensive to fix if it is set too low. It usually requires the concrete to be removed so you can access the underground plumbing and fix it below the floor.

They provide reliable drain access that help you avoid major maintenance rebuilds, so you don’t have to demolish concrete. Access drain clogs through cleanouts, and they help prevent noxious fumes from backing up into your facility.
