Welding Capabilities

• Seam & Spot Welding – AWI seam welding capabilities include a Spot Welder, a 12′ Seam Welder, and highly trained seam welders. From prototypes and production runs of significant quantity, AWI seam welding services offer finished products with a better finish and penetration.
• MIG Welding – AWI features MIG Welding Machines and skilled MIG welders. MIG (Metal Inert Gas ) welding can be used on a variety of metals, as well as an assortment of applications where speed and/or flexibility is necessary.
• TIG Welding – TIG Welding Machines are used at AWI by highly experienced TIG welders. TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is often the solution for projects that require a slower, more precise weld and less weight. With its extremely clean and precise welding process, TIG welding is a highly controlled weld area with the ability to weld both thick and thin materials.
