We Understand Your Needs

We’re not just here to sell you a part. We’re your partner, ready to walk with you through your journey from design to installation, manufacturing to packaging, maintenance to replacement, and everything in between.

Ensuring Smooth Processing Systems

As food manufacturers, you’re dedicated to creating high-quality products, and that’s why you need food and beverage processing equipment you can depend on. The good news? We’re dedicated to quality, too, and work hard to ensure our equipment exceeds your facility’s demands. AWI’s floor and trench drains are rated for heavy equipment use. We build all our products to stand up to constant or automated operation.

Keeping Production Lines Clean and Safe

You handle many different liquids and solids in your industry, and your equipment must be sanitary, corrosive-resistant, and easy to clean. You need assurance that your ingredients, food products, and processing equipment remain pure and unaltered throughout the collection, storage, manufacture, packaging, transportation, and delivery processes. Sanitation is equally important to us. AWI’s products are NSF Certified and meet 3A SSI Standards, and we only use T-304 or T-316 stainless steel for superior resistance to corrosion and easy maintenance.

Have Questions? We Can Help

Here are a few common questions we get about our equipment. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact one of our specialists.

Do you have more information on your drain specs?

Yes, you can download our floor drain brochure to find out more. Explore all the features and options for our drain systems.

What should I do if your standard size doesn’t fit in my facility?

We can customize the size of many of our products. Our engineers and skilled team members can turn your special request around quickly, ensuring production is kept up and running smoothly.

Why is stainless steel used for Food and Beverage manufacturers?

Stainless steel is today’s industry standard; however, there are different kinds of stainless steel. AWI uses T-304 and T-316, which contain enough chromium to make them resistant to corrosion and bacteria—the perfect material for manufacturing food and beverages.

Do you have all the accessories I need for my drains?

Yes, we stock a full line of floor, floor sink, trench, slot, and hub drain systems with all the accompanying p-traps, cleanouts, baskets, covers, and laterals you need. Our product experts can help you assess your food and beverage manufacturing needs and determine the best solutions.
